You can not conclude shit about person b.

Actually, you can tell Person B's likely into animals and nature. Due to that, he's probably eco-friendly, and likely an activist for various damaged ecosystems. He also likely volunteers his services to help at animal shelters or wildcare facilities.

Alternatively, Person B could hunt big game for sport, or to sell various parts of these animals for a large profit.

It's not that that person is into animals, animals were the only choice in that instance, he was just showing that you can't tell much from liking those specific animals
