The citibannk pre-sale is AFTER the general pre-sale. Originally the general pre-sale (with the WTT password) was 28th, and Citibank was the 29th.

This however changed when the pre-sale got pushed up. TBH, I'm a bit worried they haven't updated the page with the new dates. Wouldn't be shocked if the pre-sale tomorrow gets delayed again. Anyways, I wouldn't worry too much. The general will happen before the Citibank one (unless they really drop the ball on this).
