so i am taking a college martial arts class called kalari, and it is amazing. tonight was my first night and i honestly feel about 1000 times more in touch with my body and more flexible and relaxed.

do any of you do these kinds of exercises?

they can be life-changing.

if not... what else do you do to calm down and become more at one with the world?

Practiced Brazilian Jui-Jitsu in High School, very intense and you learn a lot of about yourself and a lot about discipline, etc. & I still do Yoga fairly regularly (Brother's fiance is an instructor which helps)

I try doing pilates three times a week, but finding free material is really difficult. I love what I can do, but it's not much. Any info on where to find free videos or exercises would be great.

But yeah, like I said I love it. Seems like the most effective ab workout I've ever done.

i try and run to calm myself down personally :dno:
and make music, that helps a whooole heap

Dont do anything go on youtube at watch at home then improvise in real life thats what i do
like today at my tae kwon do class we were wrestling and i got paired with this gaint 17 year old (im 13) we were at the same level (black belt) but i saved myself from being killed by watching videos on youtube
