I haven't heard anything about one coming.
The ban waves usually come around the time of highly anticipated releases.
That way people have to go buy new consoles to play whatever game just came out online.
They did that for MW2.
I got banned 2 days before release.
I was mad as hell and sure enough, I went out and bought another Xbox.
But I'm done modding boxes and now use my banned box to play single player games offline.

Trust me there is no ban wave going on right now. I remember that big ass one when MW2 came out

That was one of the most shocking and clever schemes ever.
It's jacked up that it pretty much started a trend.
They flag modded boxes all year then wait to ban them all right around the release of the most anticipated game of the year.

One time they accidentally banned me, because they tried to charge my deactivated debit card, instead of the new one or my Paypal, like it was set to do, and like they were supposed to do.
