I searched for a while for a thread similar to this, but all I wanted to say is that I am on my 6th or 7th rotation of WTT and it has gotten better each time around. I find myself discovering new lyrics, new transitions in the beats and generally just enjoying the songs more each time I hear them. While the hype of a Jay-Z and Kanye album is near impossible to live up to, I don't think they missed the mark by much on this one.

Anyone else experiencing this?
There were a lot of haters on day 1 and 2...
Are you still disappointed with the album?

I agree with OP. I think it was alot to handle at first, but this album gets better with age.

didn't get the hate for lift off from the beginnging tbh....

it wasn't the promised "hit", but it was pretty damn good imo.

but it is really layered, I noticed some background track...don't even remember what song it was or what the instrument was, but I had never even noticed it before and all of a sudden I was following along with it. Crazy amount of production on some of these songs.

It's a feel-good song. I always think of Kanye singing at VH1 Storytellers when I hear it. He just wanted to sing, didn't really care if his words made sense. It's not a hit-single like we all thought but I wouldn't say it's a BAD song. It's not a rap song either.
