Blowout fade? Usually i ask for a high taper fade but my new barber does it a lil different than my old one and i dont know how to explain whats different. Plus im thinking of trying sum new and growing my hair and putting it in twists but i cant decide. I see pics and sometimes they look the same and sometimes they look completely different. I know i can show him a pic but im curious and want to know exactly what im gettin lol (im black btw)

A high taper fade is when they fade you up almost to the top of your head, essentially your whole sides is getting faded.
A temple and blowout fade are the same thing, where they really only fade the area right above your side burns and ear, i.e. the temple area

Keeping it a stack though, most barbers won’t know the difference and will just give you a regular fade no matter what you ask for lmao. It’s always better to show a pic or visually show them where you want the fade to be at

not only look good but you can branch of into other styles without having to change much

when you next go in ask the barber for to rondafade he may be confused at first because its a little rare like a half moon so you might catch him off guard so you might have to repeat it a few times its also sometimes called a catcherfade so you might have to say that but you will be looking crisp afterwards
