I mean Jay-Z came close but will there ever be another rapper with as good of a flow and as good lyricism?

The album was generally received poorly by critics; Peter Relic of Rolling Stone gave the album only 2 stars out of 5 and commented that the title was wrong because of the major presence of other artists, not The Notorious B.I.G. Relic also pointed out the appearances by artists who he believed not to contribute much substance

Told you he fell off :seanshrug:

Good thing Canibus has never had a critically acclaimed album.
