Idk I always thought it was weird as well. It should have been (as OP said) that the remix was the bonus track and the real song was where the remix is on the album.

Maybe Kanye did it so people would buy the deluxe version (with the bonus tracks?)

Kanye liked the remix better. he tacked the OG onto the CD version of the album for the fans since that was the version they were familiar with. Pretty simple
