I just wanna see what you guys think about the "sibling rivalry battles" for the songs on WTT.like who "Stole The Show" ....and by stole the show, I mean lyrics, flow, dilivery, Swagger, energy, charisma, Everything..who just went harder overall....
So here's mine:
1) No Church in the Wild: Kanye (Jay did his thing, but Kanye sounded flawless and hungry like he did on Dark Fantasy, he's really good with intro verses imo
)
2. Lift Off: Jay-Z (Kanye's verse was so terrible, wtf was all that mumbling..so Jay wins by default, even tho his verse wasnt that good either)
3. ****** in Paris: Kanye (Jay was cool, but Kanye verse reminds me of how he did on Start It Up, just the flow, humor,swagger just stole the show)
4. Otis: Tie...Edge: Jay-Z (they both killed it, chemistry was on point, Jay had dem tripples tho
)
5. Gotta Have It: Tie (loved the chemistry in this song)
6. New Day: Kanye (his verse was just too REAL...Jay was good too tho)
7. That’s My Bitch: Tie..Edge: Kanye (Kanye verse wasnt that much better than Jay's but his flow and delivery was on point so I'll give him the edge)
8. Welcome to the Jungle: Jay-Z
9. Who Gon Stop Me: Jay-Z (Jay-Z SPAZZZED on the 2nd half of this song, omg
)
10. Murder to Excellence: Kanye (as Jeezy would say, this is some of the realest shit Ye ever wrote..reminds of the old CD Ye content wise, but with a better flow and lyrics ofcourse)
11. Made in America: Tie (none of their verse were amazing on this song, but the subject matter was good...Frank Ocean really stole the show with that hook
)
12. Why I Love You: Jay-Z (even though I can obviously say Jay wins the battle by default since Ye had like 2 lines lol Jay really killed his verses so yeah he deserved it)
Bonus Tracks
Jay-Z: H.A.M, Illest Motherfucker Alive
Kanye: The Joy, Primetime
So as expected Jay-Z did better overall, but Kanye held as his own and sometimes outshined Jay....THE END lol now you guys can do yours
