Basically, what the thread title says.

Not who's your favourite rapper, or who do you think is best as an artist. But as rappers go, who would you say is technically the best rapper?

For instance, comparing Tupac and B.I.G.
I like both, however Tupac is a better rapper for portraying emotion but when it comes to actually rapping, B.I.G is better technically IMO.

Mine are, B.I.G, Tech N9ne, Pharoahe Monch and Big Pun.
