It's after 10PM in the UK and the watershed ends at 9PM, so it should be unedited. Unless MTV are different

The Watershed period is basically when content on TV has to be censored. After about 9PM, it gets lifted (here in the UK) and uncut content is allowed to air. Since Runaway is on after 9, I'm hoping it's uncut!
