I know a lot of people who like waking up around noon but I'm always up at like 5am. (I work at 9am)

Up, glass of water, stretch, glass of water, 1-3 mile run.

Then shower, breakfast, joint, coffee

Then I head to work.

Let's hear your routines fam. :kermit2:

5am I warm up some leftovers from the night before.
Go to sleep before 8am atleast, usually 6am.
Wake up at 1pm, always naturally do this no alarm clock needed.
Day begins.
