I used to rock Chucks, still do sometimes but I'm more of a Vans man now. Got a pair of light blue vans, black, red and another black pair.
White vans are ugly tho, that's why I rock my chucks sometimes.

What do you guys like?

I have about a dozen Chucks, 4 pairs of Purcells and endless amounts of Vans (Era, Authentic, Half Cab, Mountain Edition, sk8 hi, slip ons).. so I don't have a preference.. just really depends on my mood.

I rock both, depending on what I feel.

Got Vans Authentics in all-black, black with white sole and red with white sole. Got Chuck highs in all-black and black/white.

Pretty much. I have at least 4 pairs. haha 2 are beat as hell, 1 is somewhat clean.. the other one looks like I just took it out the box. I always try to have at least one fresh pair.

Chuck Taylors are whack as fuck, I don't care if you are Kid Cudi.
I respect the shoe passing the test of time, but thats about it.
The con skate chuck rendition is pretty ill in red.

Chukka Low's = Gorgeous (depending on colorway)
Half Cab = Timeless classic
Era/Authentic = Same story as half cab, go with most any fit.
Rowley Classics couldn't be touched by a chuck taylor. Too bad those ended =(
