I can't imagine it being Killer Croc. I honestly don't know how Nolan would work him into his universe which hinges on some sense of realism.

i really really have a strong feeling the character "hush" is gonna be involved http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hush(comics)
it would fit nolans' dark interpretation of the batman world, hush's history is dark and he is a match for batmans' combat skills.
