That is not my favorite album. I actually prefer Game Theory. But it's your preference. Game Theory is a lot more political and gritty while Things Fall Apart is more upbeat. Phrenology experiments with a lot of rock but if you are listening to The Roots for the first time, I would suggest Things Fall Apart or Illadelph Halflife to get your started.
