One of Mid-Michigan and West-Michigan's biggest radio stations 97.5 NOW FM (http://www.new975.com) in Lansing and 105.3 HOT FM (http://www.1053hotfm.com/) in Grand Rapids, interviewed The Specktators this morning and debuted "EL Girls" to the world!

The song was released back in March, and since then, has become their biggest song to date (for now). Originally, The Specktators put the song out as a prelude to their debut mixtape "Familiar With Floss", that's due out this Fall. After the overwhelming success, they have decided to go ahead and include it on the mixtape debut!

The reason for doing this song was simple. We are all on Michigan State University's campus, which contains 40,000+ students, and just over half of them are females. Being that the campus is located in East Lansing, doing a song called "EL Girls" was a no brainer.

The radio stations posted the link to to hear the brief interview here:

Here is the song "EL Girls" (you should all recognize the beat):

And here is the first single off their mixtape mentioned above, "Familiar With Floss":

Thanks to everyone who has always supported me and any songs I posted by The Specktators on this site!

It's appreciated more than you all know!

If you have any questions or feedback on the songs, PLEASE post.

It was more of a cover song to his track, that ended up becoming way more successful than anticipated. So much so, that we won contests with it and that's how this whole radio thing came about. We didn't really have a choice!

I'm done making stuff for the most part anyway. I'm sticking to management and the PR side for these guys. Packi of The Specktators does all the rapping, and Moe-T does all the producing (like on Neon Lights posted above!).
