I completely agree OP.
every time I hear those "getting brain" punchlines I groan out loud.
the only time I like the "music is crack" "listeners are crackheads" lines i like are in Curren$y's Audio Dopes and J. Cole's Who Dat.
oh and the, "I'm so high, I [do something that involves being very high up]", I've only seen that done well by Lil Wayne, Curren$y and Cage.
