Hi everyone, thought I'd ask in here as I literally have no clue with working out and dieting etc. I'll start by saying I'm 21 and looking to start working out. I'm looking to get muscular and get fit at the same time (if that's possible?)

Here are my current stats:

Age: 21
Weight: 10st 11lb (68.5kg)
Height: 5'10" (1.78M)
BMI 21.6
Body Fat: 11.1%

So basically I'm pretty skinny for my height, but I'm terribly unfit. Running, Tennis, Football (Soccer) I get out of breath really quickly. I would say I have a really bad diet! I am one of those people who can eat anything and everything and gain nothing.

Just looking for a workout to help me gain some muscle and also what sort of cardio to do to help me get fit? And any dietary suggestions?
