i hvent been to the gym in almost 4 months and just went back last 2 days ...i lifted weights...my muscles are really sore especially my arms biceps and triceps..is this normal? what to do for relief?

Yes, this is normal if you havnt been for that long.
I recommend stretching maybe a bit of light jogging, cold shower/bath to help flush the lactic acid through.
Heat and ice if you have persistent isolated pains.

thanks fam.. should ease it down with the weights or keep going hard?

Alternate parts of your body, example: dont train chest if its still sore from the previous day.
But when your fully recovered train just s hard.

Man I remember I went to the gym for the first time in a few months, and I couldn't move my arms up for about 3 days. That shit sucks but you will get use to it. I was sore for about a week til I got use to it.
