Bought a long sleeve tee at a pop up shop a few years ago and it ran very small. Also shrunk after first wash.

It depends, I got a TopSzn Owl Glow T-Shirt in a L and even though it fit me perfectly, the length was longer than I'd like, but I think in the Wash over years it shrunk to my perfect size. I have the East End hoodie in a Medium and that fits fine and the length is just right. I got a HAW t-shirt this year in a Medium and they fit kinda tight but the length of the T-shirt is perfect, although when I wash it, I just hang to dry instead of using the dryer because for sure it'll shrink. Also since OVO is putting out alotta clothes this year, I think the quality has kinda declined with the materials in the T-shirts etc. Anyways if the T-Shirt says Classic Fit, go true to size, if not, then order a size larger you'll be fine plus it gives it more room to shrink etc.
It depends on what tee you get. I got the pom pom cross and normal owl tee and i wear medium but im large for the longsleeves
