I've been struggling to get a good night's sleep for the last year and it's getting annoying tbh.

like when i started having these issues I would at least eventually fall asleep and get a solid 6 hours even if i woke up in the afternoon

Now I go a day or two without any sleep and I can't fall asleep at night. I've tried medicine and NyQuil and that still doesn't work. I've slept 8 hours in the last 2 days. Could this be anything serious?
