I was just gonna name this Sampling Tips, but that would've been a little misleading.. anyways

Can anyone give me some pointers on sampling? Do you have any tips or tricks you can give me? I've tried a couple times, but nothing really good ever came out of it..

Make ur drums pop a little more...they sound lost in the sample.
Try to sample more parts of the song,or throw samples in from other songs.,
Find some Vox chants and tweak em..make em ur own,Kinda like a signature.
And next time you sample..dont make a beat,juz see how many different things you can do with it.Play it in reverse,chop it up really crazy,pitch it down and up,time stretch...add echo effects...just play around.you will get good
