Alright KTT fam imma need some serious advice and help.
Recently I moved out with my brother cause my parents are down sizing so this would be the best way to help the cause so we can support ourselves. I'm only 18 so it's the first time I'm living on my own but my older brother has moved around a bit (basketball and uni). My parents were kind of against this cause he's lazy/messy but he made this whole patriotic speech that when he lives on his own he's clean and w.e. So we move out and now it's on month 3 and damn we got some serious issues.
All I'm saying to my brother is Rule 1:" hey keep the kitchen and living room clean" cause we share that cause if i'm bringing someone over or even myself i don't wanna be walking in and seeing a mess. (this building is brand new finished 3 months ago so it's very luxurious so i want the unit to keep up with the appearance of the building and my clean ways). So past 3 months i've been playing wife and cleaning up after his mess,so today i get home after a few days and I'm like yo i came home and you left the door unlocked and the lights on so he turns around and just rips me to shreds saying he fucking hates my guts and I'm impossible to live with and I'm a "40 year old ****" cause I listen to 808's and like to add some style to the place with candles and nice picture frames.
Then he says my 2nd rule which is if we have people over during the week too not have them over for too late and to keep it down past a certain time,cause I'm working two jobs one is so i can pay rent and another is a career I'm interested in pursuing. So he's saying he is sick and tired of me and wants to move out and has been telling my fam this and they are choked. i've tried talking with him but he's too selfish and cocky
So my question ktt fam, Am I impossible to live with cause of 2 simple rules and should i start searching for a roommate? I know it's kinda long but maybe some of you can relate and help a kid out.
(P.s: i can't move back home and we both can't leave cause we signed a year lease)

Not too sure what the best approach here would be, but i would have to play the role of papa.
Dump the dirty dishes or whatever on his bed if he doesnt want to fucking clean.
I wouldn't clean his mess EVER because then he knows he can slide every once in a while.
He's your bro so i would hope he would be somewhat understanding, but i definitely think you should stay strong on your ideas. And if he still doesn't pick up after himself does mommy have any control over him?

He keeps telling my parents and my oldest bro/telling me today that he wants out now and doesn't give a fuck about me, In sept he's going back to school for ball for the 4th time so he's wanting to move closer now and just strand me and my fam is basically telling him if he ditches me and this lease they are all done with him and will have even less respect for him...shit is stressful as fuck.
