...not really obvious sarcasm. It could be real. There's nothing to really swing it one way or the other.

Things to factor in:

Illionaire works for Complex and Noah Callahan who is the type of music journalist who would know something like this.

Illionaire has provided credible info in the past (monster features jay-z as well as nicki and Ross, which were known at the time)

The #bored could imply that he's dreaming up scenarios or that he's bored so he's dropping some info to stir the pot and get the hype machine going. There's nothing to make you sure either way, so don't act like it.
