I don't think you can count people like Lupe or Nas, The Cool and It Was Written were both great sophomores they just switched it up and progressed. It's the albums where the artists that have never gotten anywhere near being as good that should mentioned.

CD is my personal fave Ye album, but its usually seen as his 3rd best, so yeah, definitely not him.
