Try reinstalling Flash, Java or Chrome itself. Maybe check the webcams driver, but I really doubt that the driver is the problem.

Whenever I use a cam on stickam or things like that, my chrome just completely freezes and I have to shut it down :/
Also, I have the same problem whenever I join a tinychat room. Even if I dont even Cam, it happens if i just join
