Various warnings were given to him but in the truck he decided to only put one hand up - no one knows what the fuck he was doing whether he was high or drunk.I'm not defending this either but if we use our rationale we can see the officers weren't too bad this time.

dude said he hated his life right before they shot too. pretty obv that it was suicide by cop. didn't listen any of the commands (which were repeated multiple times), walked towards the cop with his hand behind his back, despite being told stop, show his hands, and get on the ground.babel said:

That is about the last thing you would want to give police if they really think a suspect has a weapon. They're used to inflict pain and scare people off, not to subdue an armed and dangerous criminal.Miles Morales said:Rubber bullets

You think tranquilizers are gonna work well with every human being? What if they have a condition? They die and it's the same situation

They need to reevaluate the deputies and make sure there fit enough to hold that position where they won't be out harming innocents and actually obeying the procedure.

why did he not just show both hands, come out slowly, and lie down on the ground with his arms spread out.
