I thought it would be cool to have an on-going thread dedicated to overall fitness and nutrition. This section used to have one but I think we could use a new one.

Use this thread for:

- expressing personal goals and achievements in the gym, or in a sport.
- helping other members with their fitness goals
- reviewing/recommending supplements
- bragging about how much one can bench-press (lol).


Personal fitness and well-being is a pretty big part of my life so I though it would be dope to have another thread like this

I just got SUPERPUMP250 and one of my friends is telling me how its so harmful [which i know it is], and saying its not worth the risk and all this and that. In your guys opinion is it really that bad?

SuperPump really isn't that bad of a supplement. It's like most other pre-workout supps, it has filters. Just be smart with it and cycle off

Ok so how would you recommend I use it?I currently take 1 scoop 5 times a week when I lift. How long do I cycle on or off?

He'll yea I do. It says to mix 1-3scoops but I'm scared to take 2 since my friend told me bout the risks

Since you are only taking 1 scoop 5 times a week, you can take for 4 straight weeks and and not take it for 1 week (cycle)

What are these "risks" that he told you?

Mostly heart problems. Irregular heart beat might cause stroke heart attack ect... So one cycle is 4 weeks? I was thinking of finishing a tub then taking a week or two off then buy another.

That's if more than 3 scoops are taken in a 24 hour time period

3-4 weeks depending on dosage. For 1 scoop, 4 weeks sound about right.

You could do this also.
I do that with my N.O. Xplode and Jack3d

Jack3d, in my opinion, is the absolute best pre-work out sup when it comes to focus. Not really that great for a pump though

What you mean focus? Have you had SuperPump 250?

Focus as in it makes you want to go into the gym and bust your ass.
I've not taken SuperPump 250, but I do have a friend that is taking it right now

SP250 just makes you feel all jittery and pumped, you don't get as exhausted as you normally would.

I'ma eventually give it a try.
Right now I'm stacking N.O. Xplode with Jack3d. That's working pretty good for me

I just stick to The Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey and Casein.

Whey Isolate Elite Series Protein. I got it from my job at Wal-Mart for 15 bucks. It's from the makers of Muscle Tech. Good stuff. As soon as I finish my workout at the gym, i take that in my car and eat a banana.
