I thought it would be cool to have an on-going thread dedicated to overall fitness and nutrition. This section used to have one but I think we could use a new one.
Use this thread for:
- expressing personal goals and achievements in the gym, or in a sport.
- helping other members with their fitness goals
- reviewing/recommending supplements
- bragging about how much one can bench-press (lol).
Personal fitness and well-being is a pretty big part of my life so I though it would be dope to have another thread like this
