It's as bad as you see it in the vids. (about as bad as any rock concert if you've ever been to one) You either deal with the pushing (which isn't that bad imo..) or get anywhere outside of the center.

Just watch for crowd surfers (your head will get fucked up if you don't) and get out of the mosh area if you don't want to be in it.
