Just got this app on my iphone last week when I bought my nike+ chip for my running sneakers and this shit is DOPE. Its free and has all different workouts for anyone. I haven't tried them all yet I've done back definer, ab burner, shoulder ripper, and a couple "get lean" cardio workouts. So far I'm definitely happy with it even people who frequently go to the gym like me can learn a few new exercises. Anyone else have experience with this app?
