there is a star making industry run by middle-aged white men with doctorates in psychology and marketing.

They create the stars and the culture....Thats why Black culture has become so nihilistic and self-destructive after the 70s

Today's popular music is microwaveable because it's made that way and it's evident by the way making thoughtless, incoherent junkie ballads in less than 30 minutes warrants titles of genius in this day and age. Young Black artists celebrating self-destruction while suburban white boys stand in the crowd and cheer them on. How sad.

the resurgence of Dionysian cults....but thats a whole diff topic so im not even gonna get into that.

That’s why these labels try to invest in artists while they are still hella young and not business savvy and in a way they end up owning these kids. That’s what it means to sell your soul.

No one with an actual brain is calling artists like Future geniuses. Generally artists who make actually substantial and thoughtful music are the ones who are remembered, that's never changed and never will. Future and Lucki are making waves right now but Kendrick and Drake are the ones that will live on.
