I have indeed, and it has earned its rightful spot up there.

Oh shit, this will sound like a joke but it isn't(!). I actually missed it because I only looked at the very top of your list for it! :D

Shame you didn't like it more, but oh well. I don't really know how this album will be received by the, if you like, 'big' music fans on here.

Have you heard it yet? Its quite amazing, and I might like it more based on replay value which constantly rearranges the order of my list as I'm sure of others.

Not sure what you mean by "big music fans" exactly, but its got something for everyone, and little things that could irritate/displease some. I'll leave it at that :D

Yeah, I've listened to it quite a few times now.

I just meant that there are people on here who are serious about music and like a lot of it, and of them I don't know who will and who won't like the album. You fall into that category for me, which is why I brought it up. :)
I think Janelle is going to end up staying at #1 for me unless this Kanye album ends up really blowing me away. I love Kanye but The Archandroid felt like a moment. I'm certain she's going to have a trophy in her hand come Grammy time
we need a fucking signature feature b

kind of, hahaha.
I have about 3 weeks before I have to turn in my list, but I can't really see much else being a factor.

01.) Kanye West: My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy [96]
02.) Erykah Badu: New Amerykah, Pt. 2: Return of the Ankh [87]
03.) The Roots: How I Got Over [84]
04.) Lizz Wright: Fellowship [83]
05.) Ali Farka Toure & Toumani Diabate: Ali & Toumani [81]
06.) M.I.A.: Maya (Deluxe Edition) [78]
07.) Arcade Fire: The Suburbs [78]
08.) John Legend & The Roots: Wake Up! [77]
09.) Taylor Swift: Speak Now [77]
10.) Spoon: Transference [76]

Honestly surprised at how good MBDTF is. I think it's the best album of the last 5 years at least, and I haven't really felt like Kanye's made a major work since Registration (granted 808s and Graduation are both better than fine).
