Yah, pretty much what everyone said. Not many rappers actually go off the top save a few (Common, Em) here and there and not always.

Common is a real freestyler. I saw him in live, he was spittin rhymes off the dome about the people in the audience, the weather outside, what he was seeing at the moment and he went like this for 5 minutes. I was really impressed!

well it makes sense since freestyling originated as people rapping pre writtens. Cyphers and what not were just ways to spit out your best boasting lines, free of any topic or sense of structure hence "free style" only in the early mid 90's did people start to bust out off the tops.
I'd say most parts of this are freestyled:

Kanye recycles his lines way too often and way to obviously, its pretty stupid using a line from a song that just came out it wouldn't be as noticeable if he used old line and obviously we would think its completely fresh if he used lines from unreleased songs.
