I should add I didn't include Twin Fantasy or Endless because this year isn't the first time I've heard them and it'd feel a little disingenuous to put them in a list.  Twin Fantasy in particular is one of my favorite albums of all time.

I've only listened to Janelle once honestly, that's why it's only 4, but I really liked it off first listen and I love the singles so it'll probably end up top 3 by the end of the week

real, Now Only was in my top 10 until Saturday, that Half Waif album really took me by surprise.  Our lists are pretty similar

that Jack White album is so polarizing, I couldn't get into it at all. It's either really high or really low on everyone's list. I feel like The Voidz did everything the Jack White album tried to do but with more melody and finesse

I liked it. Some of the songs didn't connect with me obviously but some of them I really liked. Corporation, for instance, is one of my favorite songs of 2018 so far. I think within the next few weeks it'll be out of the top 10, though.

I'll have to peep The Voidz, that's the Julian Casablancas jawnt right?

yup, it's equally all over the place, but I think it's a little more grounded.  Best Julian effort since Is This It imo
