Heard this and it had me going to sleep at like 9 everynight, but I slowly got back into the habit of staying up late.

Is it true that if you get less sleep your skin gets wrinkly faster?

Less sleep in general gives you a shit life

sleep is good, but even if you sleep 16 hours and do meth you will still look like shit. Good skin has more to do with what you eat, exercise, hygiene and air quality. And of course, not doing crack,meth,heroine or any regressive drug that hurts the mind/body. But yeah... 8 hours of sleep is the norm.If you can get that, than you should be fine.

Even if you don't sleep early your body should get its sleep regardless.  Like I can't sleep at night but everyday after class in the am I come back to my room and go straight to sleep.
