Is anyone here planning to rip the Runaway film in HQ?
There's a good chance it'll be region-locked, and those living outside the US (including me) won't be able to watch it.

Not necessarily. A lot of the time streaming sites don't allow people outside of the US to view their content. Often, it has to do with licensing issues.
