Exercise is the best thing. It helps more than anything to naturally make you feel tired at night. If that doesn't work you can try melatonin, probably the safest sleep aid, still not recommended if you can fall asleep on you're own though.Blippy said:I'm sure a lot of people here have a problem with this.
