Alright so I made a thread a couple of weeks ago stating that I need to put on more weight, which I still do as I'm underweight by quite a significant amount, and was told by a fellow member that I need atleast 126 grams of protein per day, since I weigh 126 pounds.

But I'm seriously gonna start getting myself in shape, my weight up and then start the muscle building/toning process. But can anyone recommend any workouts that don't involve the use of weights? And I'm a somewhat introvert and kinda embarassed to go to the gym with my body shape and being thin and all, so I'd atleast like to tone up a bit at home before thinking about that.
And I've got some food that could help me out: brown rice, oatmeal, wholemeal bread, nuts, full fat milk, and just all the other general food that's high in protein - and I'm gonna invest in some protein supplement tomorrow too.
Thanks in advance for any help!
