How do you deal with the absurd? (Existentialism)

"The Absurd" refers to the conflict between the human tendency to seek inherent value and meaning in life and the human inability to find any.

This is a problem that's been bugging me a lot lately. I'm atheist and don't find any purpose in the meaningless of life, which contributes to my unhappiness.

Sucks to keep on living when everything I do feels like a struggle and very little of my time gives me true happiness (almost none).
