I just realized I fractured my rib and it really annoys me that I can't workout out for the next few weeks, so I was reading online to see if there was anything I could do to make the healing process go faster and there was a lot about taking vitamins C, D and K and taking in a lot of calcium but I was wondering if doing those things would truely make the healing process go significantly faster.

I separated a rib while working out once. The doctor gave me naproxen for the pain but that was it. He told me that my ribs would heal by themselves and I was fine after a couple of weeks.
