I found some dope trousers and when I go to select size everything is grayed out

On the UK site they have a notification option so if there's a possibility of if coming back in stock they will email you to modify you if your size / selection is available. If it isn't coming back in stock it just says "out of stock".
depends how popular the item is. usually if they are restocking it will say 'coming soon' or something next to the size that's sold out.
