So i'm looking at dj'ing and am getting a lot of equipment for christmas, can you give me tips on some of the equipment i need, which equipment is the best etc.

Serato Scratch Live
2 Turntables or CDJ's, I prefer turntables and you could never go wrong with Technics 1200's
Mixer
Headphones

Will you be DJing with Vinyl or CD's?

I use Cd's.

Some average headphones and I just use my guitar amp and computer speakers.

All cost around £400-£500

It's only cheap stuff for while I'm getting good. If I get more serious obviously I'll upgrade my gear.
