The following foods are known to get you in the food. They will affect your stress levels, brain chemistry, hormones in many ways. If you haven't noticed the effects of these foods, maybe you should grab a bit and wait for the mood changes.

articles/websites always come out with bullshit like this i.e cola gives you cancer, melons add a year to your life etc... it's a load of bullshit we would have solved all of the world's problems just by eating certian foods if these types of claims were true.
