i remember i order a fitted from them and something happend with the order..new era shipped their hats to the wrong location so alot of the hats were fucked up...they had put the hats up online before they got the physical order...

so like 3 weeks go by and i get an email from them and theyre like sorry or w.e and theyre like is there anything else you would want or do u just want ur money?

so they ended up sending me a snapback and 2 shirts for my troubles..my hat was only 50..

they sent me like 100-120 dollars worth of shit...pretty cool
