Best phone for $200 or under?
What's the best phone I could buy for $200 or under without a contract? I'm not looking for anything special just something that works well has wifi and a pretty decent camera.

check out ebay/craigslist... most phones without contracts are pricey
Go to Wal Mart and get the Droid straight talk phone. Its like $170 and only cost $45 for unlimited everything.

CM9 mod makes it smooth as fuck. Cam doesn't work tho. CM7 is good and has cam working.
