i take 20 mg cetirizine daily which was prescribed. my allergies are fucked if i don't take it right in the morning.
in canada, 20 pills @10mg is twenty bucks. but i get Rx's for 100 pills @20mg for 3 bucks.
also can take benadryl at night if you're still suffering and need sleep
