Stopped drinking juices/sodas with every meal and only drink water now. Occasionally I will indulge in drinking milk or having some sugary drinks while with friends when we get drunk.
- I feel better drinking lots of water during the day
- Hydrated as shit
- Skin is very clear
- Getting a bit thinner
I suggest y'all try this. You will come to realize how nasty soda and all these sugary drinks are just a few weeks in.
edit: also cut out a lot of junkfood/candy consumption
