Stopped drinking juices/sodas with every meal and only drink water now. Occasionally I will indulge in drinking milk or having some sugary drinks while with friends when we get drunk.

- I feel better drinking lots of water during the day

- Hydrated as shit

- Skin is very clear

- Getting a bit thinner


I suggest y'all try this. You will come to realize how nasty soda and all these sugary drinks are just a few weeks in.


edit: also cut out a lot of junkfood/candy consumption

Yes I rarely indulge in drinking anything besides water
U lose hella weight if u stop drinking sugared soda everyday or juice

U just feel better overall

Yeah I've done this for some time now, usually only drink sugary shit on vacation or when out. Water from the tap is great here too so no need for bottled water. I've also been doing tea with no sugar, tastes much better as well imo
