Stopped drinking juices/sodas with every meal and only drink water now. Occasionally I will indulge in drinking milk or having some sugary drinks while with friends when we get drunk.

- I feel better drinking lots of water during the day

- Hydrated as shit

- Skin is very clear

- Getting a bit thinner


I suggest y'all try this. You will come to realize how nasty soda and all these sugary drinks are just a few weeks in.

only water, it's how i mantain my weight when i go indulging on cheat meals for a week lmfao but yeah

i only drink almond/rice milk, water and the occasional

Y'all lying asses acting like y'all this healthy.  You may drink a lot of water but you not just drinking water and tea all day everyday of your life.

lol I understand this way of thinking. I used to think I had to drink soda with pizza or a burger. I just replaced soda with mineral water since it still fizzes.
