I'm 200lb. I'm trying to lose weight. My goal is around 10-15lb for the summer
Anything you guys suggest for a solid diet? I'm starting to limit my juice/pop intake to atleast once a day for now. Also, any exercising advice to lose weight faster? I'm gonna start taking runs.
