The guy singing with the vocoder in the Graduation Day skit.
Specifically the part where he goes, "She aint walked in my shoes."

In I Wonder, "How many ladies in the house? How many ladies in the house without a spouse? Something in your blouse got me feeling so aroused." Specifically Ye's emphasis on aroused.

Drive Slow after it melts to sludge.

The beginning of Hey Mama.

"Now I'm with this girl for the rest of my life...All of these drunk and hot giiirrrrlllsss!" part in Drunk and Hot Girls.

When the first chorus hits in Roses.

When the vocal harmonies start in Street Lights.

"Aint used to being told, stop. So I can never be your, ro-bot." Actually that whole part where Robocop goes to "Drop. Pop."

When Ye says, "For killin' him," in the Storytellers version of Flashing Lights. Damn, that whole song and story after it are so Epic...

The "Whoooo!" at the beginning of the second verse in Power.

There are so many....
